Welcome to the Farmer Feeds Podcast Directory. This site has been built to allow farmers and farm media to quickly and easily find audio content that is available on the Internet.
Whether they are in the office or on the tractor, farmers spend more time listening to the radio than any other industry. Farmer Feeds will make it even easier to quickly and easily access this content.
If you simply want to listen to any of the news feeds that are listed on the home page or on the complete podcast list just click on the title and it will begin downloading to your computer. Most computers will already have a default audio program that will open when the file has downloaded and will automatically begin playing the file. If you don't have a player, or would like to try a better one, download for free and it will work well for you.
If you have several audio programs that you like to listen to everyday, you can download a software program that will automatically download these audio files to your computer for you. Then you can listen to them on your computer immediately when you want or copy them to any generic Mp3 player you may have. One great program is the . Before you can download any feeds, you need to know the podcast feed URL. That can be easily found by clicking on the logo that is beside the title of the content. Then you can simply add a new feed to your software.
Apple Computers have the Ipod which uses a software program on your computer called Itunes. This is similar to the aggregator program we mention above, with the exception that it is tied into the huge Itunes music store and is required to synchronize with an Ipod. This program may be a little confusing but it is really the industry standard for mobile mp3's.
If you are using an Ipod and Itunes, some podcasts are available by browsing the Itunes library. Otherwise you can add them from Farmerfeeds by copying the feed URL from the logo and adding it as a podcast in Itunes.
